1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or purchasing an exam on InstruReady, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What InstruReady is

InstruReady provides independently created practice exams for people preparing for Canadian Instrumentation & Control apprenticeship and Red Seal exams. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body, apprenticeship authority, or official examination provider. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know at support@instruready.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Purchases and payments

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Once payment is confirmed, access to the purchased exam is granted automatically to your account.

All sales are final. Because our exams are delivered instantly as digital content, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete. If you're unsure whether InstruReady is right for you, try our free sample exam before purchasing. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure that prevented you from accessing what you paid for, contact support@instruready.com and we'll look into it.

5. Acceptable use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use our exams for your own study. You agree not to share your account, or copy, redistribute, publish, or resell our questions or explanations elsewhere.

6. Our content

All questions, explanations, and other material on InstruReady are independently authored by us and are our property. They are not official exam questions from any government or examination body.

7. No guarantee of exam results

InstruReady is a study aid. Your performance on our practice exams is not a guarantee or prediction of your result on any official exam. We make no promises about exam outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, InstruReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of InstruReady after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
